Umbricians follows the U.S. Federal Government Accountability Office definition of an FTE as the total hours worked divided by the maximum number of compensable hours in a full-time schedule as defined by law.

Whether an emergency or not, hours requested outside of normal business hours, to include nights, weekends, and holidays, will be recorded as double the hours worked unless contracted otherwise.
